Tell us a little bit about your label (art) and what you do?
Little Pieces Of are handmade by Katie Shriner (she fills each bubble with sand using a really tiny spoon and then seals it all up with resin).
What inspires your work?
I came up with the idea when I was living in New York and missing home.
What jobs have you done other than being an artist?
I work at Destination Think and we market countries, cities and regions all across the world. I’m also an oil painter (katieshriner.com) and travelled through Europe painting at artist residencies.
What memorable responses have you had to your work?
I love making custom pieces and hearing the stories behind everyone’s favourite beach – where they were married, where they caught their first wave and where they fell in love just to name a few.
