Tell us a little bit about your label (art) and what you do?

Daring Flowers products are innovative quirky green solutions for small areas, mostly using succulent plants and only minimum care is required.

I started Daring Flowers to help people like me that like plants and nature, but doesn’t have a green thumb or large areas to grown and care for normal plants.

What inspires your work?

Well, nature is the main inspiration. I like to recreate natural environments and bring them inside. Any décor style can be improved by living plants.

Also, it’s proven that plants have great effects on our brain, elevating moods and improving our state of mind. I want to share this with everyone, even those who live in small apartments and/or don’t have time to grow living plants.

What jobs have you done other than being an artist?

My background is Marketing. After leaving my job as program account manager, I have worked here and there as fundraising coordinator and project managing marketing campaigns.

My customers are amazing and have always great things to say. I think one of the best comments I have was from a husband who bought a vertical garden as a 5th anniversary gift to his wife: “My wife was so happy and said it’s by far the best gift I ever gave her!” I guess I helped that couple to be happy!
