In this 2 hour session we’ll begin with a vinyasa flow yoga and meditation class setting the intention before creating your own journal. 

We will explore techniques, themes, and benefits of creating space for this practice as part of your self-care ritual.

Whether an experienced yogi/artist or just beginning, explore the link between creativity and equanimity.

A visual journal and all art materials provided.

There will be some yoga mats available to borrow on the day if you don’t have your own.

If you have something inspirational (such as a photograph or quote) you’d like to add to to your journal please bring it along.
