If you’ve been living in a cave the past month, Bondi based Vietnamese rockstars Bar Pho have been running a cool pop up at the Foundry every Sunday. To mark their big “Wrap-Up”, Work-Shop is teaming up to run a DIY Wrap & Roll session.
Tina and the crew will have a table set up with all the trimmings for the roll station. She will explain to you the ins and outs and show how to make the perfect Vietnamese roll.
Various ingredients will be on offer – Organic vegies will come straight from the farm located in Catherine Fields.
