Back off, buddy! In this two-hour workshop, you’ll learn essential self-defence skills to neutralise the most common attacks, regardless of your size, strength or athletic ability. Guided by UFC veteran George Sotiropoulos, you’ll pick up MMA (mixed martial arts) techniques to defend yourself from attacks ranging from hair pulling to being pinned to the ground.

Self defence is not about fear, but empowerment. Take back control and boost your confidence. Please be aware that this workshop will involve friendly close contact with other class participants and is held off-site at Omega Jiu-Jitsu & MMA in Collingwood.
