Sean Forsyth is an award-winning Spirit and Drinks expert based in Brisbane, Australia
Sean has worked for some of the world’s leading spirit brands for developing bespoke education platforms, events and training including Johnnie Walker whiskey, Tanqueray Gin, Bacardi rums, Bombay Sapphire gin and Grey Goose vodka.
Sean started his career in the hospitality industry in London in the early 2000’s at the start of the modern spirits and cocktail revolution and has run some the world’s best bars including the Match group of famed Milk and Honey(London) as well as consulting on award winning bars in Australia including the Bowery and Canvas.
Sean has spearheaded some of Australia’s leading spirit activations for 2016, including the development of Bombay Sapphires Project Botanicals, the 42 Below cocktail earth cup & Dekuyper Works Australia.
Sean has been lucky enough to spend months travelling the Carribean, Mexico, middle America England and Scotland on his hunt to further understand Rum, Agave Spirits, Gin and Whiskey/y.
Sean is currently in the process of developing an online resource in conjunction with his wife for all things drinks and food related called the “Lifestyle Pantry” which aims to bridge the gap of enjoying spirits/cocktails and food at home with friends and family.
