Happiness, positivity and optimism are shoved in our faces, but that’s not actually the way our brains are wired. We’re built to constantly anticipate danger for our own survival. But, since we’re no longer dodging lions and fighting off rival tribes, it’s our boss or a parking ticket.

Do you often hear a voice that tells you, you can’t do something? Do you listen to something inside of you that says, you aren’t good enough? Do you find yourself thinking the same thoughts over and over? That’s your ego, and we’ve all got one.

So, how can we overcome our inner pessimist if we don’t even know why it’s there? Unfortunately we can’t, and our identity becomes completely wrapped up in the negativity.

Our ego ends up running a muck, and we inevitably create suffering for ourselves that is actually avoidable. But fear not, this workshop will help you build self-awareness and we’ll do some major surgery on your ego. Because remember, thoughts are just words.
