Street Art Masterclass: Jaz Mishap

If you fancy yourself the next Keith Haring but have yet to master the humble spray can, this class is for you. Catered towards beginners or those who want to expand their practice or those wanting to brush up their skills, this workshop will equip you with the fundamentals of freehand spray painting. You’ll learn how to create a design with impact, taking into account composition, colour and design elements, and then we’ll move on to can control techniques like filling, blending, fading, and the coveted clean outline.

After this class, you’ll be able to execute a whole piece in one night, from generating design ideas, sketching and experimenting, to the funnest part: spray painting your creation on a vertical surface. Be instructed by a street art master Jaz Mishap. With 15 years’ experience under her belt, she’ll pass on her tips and tricks for producing slick street art with impact. You’ll soon be plastering your motifs in the wild.
