We’ll start with a rundown on the necessary equipment, ingredients and best practises before getting our hands busy. Using fresh, local produce you’ll be guided through the whole process step by step, prepping, rolling, and cooking. You’ll learn a foolproof recipe for the melt in your mouth, light as a pillow gnocchi of your dreams. As well as some tips and tricks for silky sauces.
Now for the best part! Once we’ve finished cooking up a storm, it’s dinner time. Take a seat and treat yourself to your hard-earned dinner with a glass of wine. Molto bene! Please that this workshop cannot cater to gluten or lactose intolerances and will not have vegan options available.
