Rules of Typism

Zak will guide you through the ‘Rules of Typism’, how to get started, the foundational basics and then how to effectively break them; because who likes rules anyway.

Over the three hour workshop, you will start with looking at the basics and foundational principles of creating letterforms through sample alphabets and examples, both standard and with a brush pen, before learning how to break the rules effectively and expressively. Finally, you will concept a piece, start to finish, using the techniques learned through the class.
