Come and learn by the best in the raw food industry – Yoko Inoue, owner of Shokuiku, Melbourne’s first and only organic raw food cafe. Shokuiku has welcomed many local and international leading health advocates.

You will be learning how to make quick and easy bliss balls, brownies as well as our famous raw cheese cake with a plenty of variation ideas. It would be a great time to ask question, mingle and be inspired by tasty treats.


What you'll get

Demonstrations and some hands on participation making some deliciously healthy raw desserts (which you get to eat afterwards)! All ingredients are plant based (vegan), gluten free, paleo, refined sugar or agave free, all organic.
