Get yourself into a pickle!

We’ll start out by learning about the reasons and methods of pickling and canning, get a little sciencey on how it all works, find out what are the trade-offs of preservation and naturally, do a little taste testing! Once we know what we’re doing, we’ll make some pickled veggies to take home. Includes a canning jar, spices, herbs and veggies for preserving. You can bring your own veg too, if you have some!
