As our lives become increasingly dependent on technology, the need to connect more deeply with nature and the elements is becoming crucial to our existence; and while spending hours in nature can be enjoyable in itself, it is no guarantee of true connection.

If you’re looking to connect more deeply with nature and cultivate a stronger sense of belonging then this workshop is for you!

Join writer, educator, journalist and barefoot explorer Claire Dunn for this 4 hour workshop where you’ll learn the core routines of nature connection (such as bird language, and the art of wandering) and how they build strong relationships.

Experience how these simple practices lead to greater peace, personal wellbeing, creativity and connections to self, earth, and other.  We will also get our hands dirty with some traditional string making and an edible plant walk.

NB: For this workshop we will be meeting at Dights Falls, Yarra Bend Park, which is easily accessible by car, bike, public transport or on foot. If  you need help with directions please contact us.
