In this engaging presention, through great demonstration will get a detailed overview of of traditional pickling aka lacto fermentation!  Lacto-fermentation is the process that produces traditional dill pickles, kimchi and real sauerkraut, among other fermented delights! Learn the basics of how to ferment foods and how important they are in achieving a healthy diet and a strong immune system!

There will also be Green Living Ausutralia equipment available for sale on the night (preserving kits, pickling supplies and equipment, plus copies of Valerie’s Book ‘Sugar Free Home Preserving’)
