Papercutting has been around since the 6th century and has evolved uniquely all over the world to adapt to different cultural styles.
From it’s earliest known origins in China through to modern day applications such as stencilling and street art, the use of hand-cut stencils has received international attention in recent years due to it’s intricacy, beauty and versatility.
In this 2 hour workshop with Paperazzi Design Studio you will learn how to create beautiful Paper Cut artworks in a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere.
We will work through the fundamentals and techniques used to create your own unique paper cut and layering using the provided templates (or you are welcome to bring your own drawings or photocopies along to work with).
All materials for the class will be provided along with light snacks and refreshments.
