This class will take you through 3 different Paleo ball recipes, discuss the benefits of various different ingredients and give you the knowledge to go ahead and make up your own recipes!

The mainly organic ingredients are supplied by The Source Glebe, a bulk wholefoods store based in Glebe, who specialise in Australian and organic dry goods, cooking oils, health foods, etc. They strongly believe in reducing packaging and waste, which is why they encourage their customers to bring their jars and containers in to store to reuse!
