Take some time out to prioritise your wellbeing by reconnecting with your body and your creativity to set your intentions for the future. This workshop will harness the energy of the new moon, a time for new beginnings. We will tune into our bodies, explore how we would like to feel, and plant seeds of intention to bring focus to what we would like to manifest into our life. During this 3-hour session you will be guided through a meditation, a gentle Yin yoga practice, and creative exploration using art Therapy techniques to set your intentions and colour your vision for the future.

No particular physical or ‘artistic’ skills are required as you will be instructed through your yoga practice and we will focus on the art-making process over the end product. Be prepared to gain clarity & new perspectives as you will have the opportunity to share and witness insights with the group if you choose to.
