Hand-embroidery is no longer done just by old ladies in rocking chairs. It’s making a not-so-innocent come back with erotic illustrations and rude slogans stitched onto things from apparel to home decor. Now you are able to hand make make your own custom piece.
August’s embroidery workshop is flower themed! There will be a selection of flora designs to choose to embroider. Harley will show you an array of stitches to complete your piece, how to back it and how to start and finish your own at home. You’ll also be given a booklet filled with stitches and Harley’s tips, tricks and where she buys her materials.
