For centuries mandalas have been used in healing, meditation, reflection, relaxation, balance, reconnection, and mindfulness. Creative meditation practices like drawing mandalas centre and calm the mind, uplift the spirit and embody your intentions and desires.

In this fun workshop participants will be led through a process of mindfulness and creative expression to produce their own unique mandala. It’s a time to relax and reflect outside of your normal day to day reality, connect with others, and also get creative with guided instruction to create your own beautiful mandala artwork, illustrated on a beautiful watercolour background, in one of three different styles: geometric, organic/nature inspired and small repeated shapes.

Suitable for all, no previous painting/drawing experience required.


What you'll get

All materials provided including:
  • A4 watercolour paper
  • watercolour paint + brushes
  • compass, protractor + ruler
  • fine black pen + white gel pen
  • pencil + eraser

what to bring

  • Your lovely self
  • Have a think about what intention you would like to invoke in your mandala
  • All materials will be provided, but if you have your own favourite watercolour paints or pens feel free to bring them along
