Spirits are the latest product to catch the local craft bug. Here in Melbourne, we now have our own whisky, moonshine and gin distilleries, as well as a venue that makes everything from beer to brandy on site.

Join us for a panel discussion featuring four of Melbourne’s new generation distillers and hear the stories behind your favourite local craft spirits, the how’s and why’s of distilling, and insights into the Australian distilling industry.

There’ll be drinks on offer at the bar and free samples of these incredible and hyper-local spirits to try, plus the chance to chat with the folks building our local spirits industry.
