We’ll take you through the process of bacon, what curing means and what is actually happening from a scientific perspective. We’ll touch on the types of flavours you can add to bacon like sriracha hot sauce, bourbon and even coffee.
We’ll have some samples of different types to pass around. At the end of the class, you’ll create your own flavour and best of all, you get to take home your own personalised bacon – which will be cured and ready for you to eat just in time for Christmas!
