Macrame is a textile art that uses knots rather than weaving or knitting.
Whilst most people will remember it as very retro 70’s craft it is actually much older! The Victorians were really into it too!
Whether you’re a beginner or have tried macrame before, this class will suit you.
We cover the basic knots to build beautiful macrame pieces for your home, office or studio. You’ll be using a beautiful Australian grown and made natural cotton rope.
Macrame workshops are a fun way to learn a new skill and to take something home that you can display and enjoy.
Included in the class is also a plant and ceramic pot for you to hang as soon as you get home.
It will be light enough to hang with a 3m hook, perfect for people who can’t put holes in their walls!
What you'll get
