Tibetan Sound Healing is an ancient healing modality that utilises the deep vibrations and soothing sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls to bring relief from many different ailments and stress-related conditions.

Yin Yoga is a very gentle form of yoga where passive floor based asanas are held in a relaxed state for 3 to 5 minutes at a time. This slow paced, gentle form of yoga is deeply nourishing – it unlocks deeply held tension and cultivates patience and stillness – qualities that help us work towards meditation and deep relaxation. Teamed with the serene sounds and therapeutic vibrations of the Tibetan Singing Bowls, this blissful two-hour workshop will melt away all stress and tension and promote a peaceful inner tranquility.
