“Intro to Paleo” is an easy to follow, inspiring and all-inclusive session that will explore this popular and healthy way of eating. Recently published author, exercise scientist and holistic lifestyle coach Lizzy Marsh will explain what Paleo is all about, bust the most common dietary myths and discuss the importance of tuning into your own body to improve your health, vitality and live a life you love!

The Paleo diet is NOT about consuming plates of meat, black coffee and butter! It’s a holistic approach to nutrition, lifestyle, stress management and this workshop will help you to identify the key roadblocks that may be holding you back from achieving the results that you want!
