This is a foundational workshop that introduces the full spectrum of AcroYoga – yoga, acrobatics, inversions and partner flying. Tightness drills, partner inversion training, spotting and core work will be implemented to lay the foundation for a powerful sequence of flying postures.
The class will develop strength in partnership and in community. Working together, everyone will alternate between giving and receiving, coaching and supporting. Each and every person’s level of integrity, strength and endurance will rise as we work together, and have a partner there to witness and positively challenge us.
