In our Hula-Hoop workshop we cover all the basics as well as some flourishes and tricks. We’ll get you rocking a hula-hoop like a pro and having a great time while you do it.  It’s an awesome way to sneak some fitness into your week.

The sessions include stance and saving a dropping hoop (darn you, gravity!), turning, off-body options including heaps ninja hand tricks!

Suitable for complete (and we mean COMPLETE) beginners and continuing hoopers alike. We got you covered.
