Everybody loves hula-hooping and anyone can do it with a few good tips and the right size hoop!

It gets you up, moving, laughing, and smiling with your friends. It’s a great way to engage your core and it encourages kids and adults alike to be active.  We’ll get you from saying “I can’t do this” to “LOOK I’M DOING IT !!!!”

Suitable for complete beginners and continuing hoopers alike.  This workshop is for adults and kids, ages 9 and up!
