Everybody loves hula-hooping and anyone can do it with a few good tips and the right size hoop!
It gets you up, moving, laughing, and smiling with your friends. Itâs a great way to engage your core and it encourages kids and adults alike to be active. Â We’ll get you from saying “I can’t do this” to “LOOK I’M DOING IT !!!!”
Suitable for complete beginners and continuing hoopers alike.  This workshop is for adults and kids, ages 9 and up!
