Hula-­hoop class covers all the basics as well as some flourishes and tricks. We’ll get you rocking a hula‐hoop like a pro and having a great time while you do it. It’s an awesome way to sneak some fitness into your week.

The sessions include stance and saving a dropping hoop (darn you, gravity!), turning, and off-body options including heaps ninja hand tricks.

Suitable for complete (and we mean COMPLETE) beginners and continuing hoopers alike. Got you covered.
