Hula-Ā­hoop class covers all the basics as well as some flourishes and tricks. Weā€™ll get you rocking a hulaā€hoop like a pro and having a great time while you do it. Itā€™s an awesome way to sneak some fitness into your week.

The sessions include stance and saving a dropping hoop (darn you, gravity!), turning,Ā and off-body options including heaps ninja hand tricks.

Suitable for complete (and we mean COMPLETE) beginners and continuing hoopersĀ alike. Got you covered.
