Hula-Âhoop class covers all the basics as well as some flourishes and tricks. Weâll get you rocking a hulaâhoop like a pro and having a great time while you do it. Itâs an awesome way to sneak some fitness into your week.
The sessions include stance and saving a dropping hoop (darn you, gravity!), turning, and off-body options including heaps ninja hand tricks.
