Here it is a fermented vegetable workshop to get you going on a tasty beginners course.

This workshop is hands-on and a great way to introduce gut healing foods into your everyday life with colour and flair. Learn the ins and outs of fermentation and most importantly that anyone can do it, including you. Be prepared to get your hands dirty as you prepare three of your very own vegetable ferments to take home and devour once completed.

All Participants must bring a chopping board and sharp knife.
