Sourdough bread is a life force! It is born out of live bacteria and the environment in which it lives. At infinity bakery we have been making and creating sourdough since the 90’s. Our passion is simple, great baked goods with a focus on sourdough. We would like to invite you into our world and teach you a little more about what makes great sourdough and hopefully plant a seed of passion within you.
At this course you will be shown the basics of how to create and maintain a sourdough starter. You will get a feel for dough development through hand mixing and moulding. And finally seeing the loaf through to the baked stage.
The course focuses on what you can expect to achieve at home, to create your perfect loaf. We will give you the tools to start and the opportunity to ask all the questions you need to get your first loaf to the oven at home.
