Join 4th generation dumpling maker Angie Chong in a  hands-on dumpling workshop – bringing people and food together around a shared table. 

In this class you will learn where to source the best ingredients, how to prepare your own dough and fillings, and how to roll, wrap, cook and eat your own dumplings! 

Come together over a drink or two and share in a delicious meal of freshly made dumplings with newly made friends.


What you'll get

  • You’ll get to prepare your own delicious dumplings – learning how to make dough from scratch and then preparing and cooking a range of fresh ingredients. There will be 3 types of fillings on offer: meat, seafood and vegetarian/vegan options.   • All equipment to be used throughout the class : woks, bamboo steaming baskets, portable cookers, Asian rolling pins
