Craftwerk: A Creative Coven

Looking for a low-pressure space to get creative, meet like-minded people, and shake off the woes of the week? Craftwerk: A Creative Coven is a relaxed, welcoming art and craft night held in our warm and cozy Collingwood studio space. This event offers the chance to explore your unbridled creativity with access to a huge stash of materials, plus gentle support from a multidisciplinary artist in case you get stuck or would like guidance on materials or technique. There’s no structure, no judgement, no pressure, and no expectations. Just come and make, whatever that means to you. BYO if you like, we have a bar fridge to keep your bevvies cool and central heating to keep your body warm.

Paint, glue, collage, scribble, crochet, or combine them all to make something strange and new! Bring a project or start from scratch – art swaps are welcome. So is making something terrible. Or binning the lot at the end! This night is about letting loose, not creating masterpieces (but you’re welcome to do that too).

Think paint and sip, but a little more therapeutic and way more fun!

Bring your coven or just yourself, no experience needed. Just come and make. Unfiltered. Unpolished. Unabridged.
