In this class, Valerie Pearson will explain the science behind lacto-fermentation and good gut health. And so, you will leave with the knowledge of not just how to use common kitchen equipment to create your own cheese and yoghurt, but why you should too.
Please note that this session is demonstration-based, however, it is also highly interactive. You will be sampling the cheeses and yoghurts discussed as well as watching Valerie make cheese first-hand.
You’ll receive comprehensive knowledge and have the opportunity to purchase Green Living Australia equipment, including cheese making kits, supplies, equipment, and copies of Valerie’s book, “Home Cheese Making in Australia.”
Please keep in mind this is a demonstration based session. Students will not be making cheese during this session, students will be given all the knowledge, and access to equipment to start making cheese at home.
