The craft beer revolution is well and truly alive here in Sydney. Its feels like a new beer brand appears every time you step into your local. Adrian from BrewSmith will show you how to master the art of fermentation and school you in the subtleties of making your own tasty home brew.

We’ll go over basic brewing theory first – what grains, hops and yeasts really do, both in the beers you like, and in the beers you don’t.

Then we’ll get straight into learning the brewing process, with a live demonstration at the front of the class, covering equipment, methods, ingredients and flavours.
