Botanical Collage Workshop

Paint some paper, pick up some scissors and explore the potential of traditional cut and paste techniques with artist and illustrator Alice Lindstrom. In this 2.5 hour workshop you will be guided through each step in the collage process, from painting and texturing your paper to cutting and assembling it into a finished work you can take home and hang on your wall.

Using botanical and floral arrangements as inspiration you will learn how to compose a still-life image made entirely from collage. You will be provided with a board and all the materials you need. Alice will take you through each step in the process, from preparing the paper to assembling the image. At the end of the class you will have a botanically inspired collage you can take home and hang on your wall!
