The Alchemy of Tea

LEARN:

Learn from the experts in their field; T Totaler. A Sydney based artisanal loose-leaf tea company who continues to strive to produce new and interesting blends that are not only healthy but are delicious.

EXPERIMENT:

In our tea blending and experimentation work-shop we are going to fuse tea alchemy and knowledge to show you different and fun ways to drink tea. Methods such as cold drip, sparkling and adding other ingredients such as chia to take tea to another level. You will get to experience, taste and learn about these different types during the class.

CREATE:

The work-shop will have a tea blending station where you will learn how to blend tea by balancing flavour and nutritional properties. You will then be able to put your new skills into practice and create your own special blend of tea or tisane that is just right for you. Your new creation will be hand packaged in one of our amber glass jars to take home and enjoy at your leisure.
