Sydney - another chance to join us for a masterclass in all things gin at the wonderful Work-Shop space in Redfern!   One of our three founders and the voice of Four Pillars, Stuart Gregor, will take you on a journey in Four Pillars #ginnovation. He'll talk you through the process of distilling a batch of Rare Dry Gin in our beautiful still (Wilma), explain how the solera system for our Barrel Aged Gin works, what makes gin “Navy Strength”, and give you a little bit of a history of gin (and what we're doing to make it new again).   Plus you’ll get to taste all three gins we’ve produced since we launched in 2013 – the award-winning Rare Dry Gin, the “gunpowder proof” Navy Strength Gin, and Solera No.3 of our Barrel Aged Gin. We will talk you through how we make them - and give you some ideas on how you should drink them (Breakfast Martini anyone?).   Tickets are $110 for the 90 minute talk and tasting, including a goodie bag with a bottle of our Rare Dry Gin (RRP $75) and Orange Marmalade (RRP $9) to take home.
