Wild Weaving

You are invited to sit with Amy Rosenberg and learn the ancient art of coil weaving using natural materials foraged from the wild.

In a world where time is money, many of us have lost our connection with the earth. Its time to kick off your shoes and reconnect with the art of living, sitting and creating something beautiful from what seems like nothing to the common eye. Together we begin a perpetual motion of creativity and connection.

During this weaving circle Amy will share her knowledge of materials, the plants they come from, harvesting, meditation and process of how to begin, how to shape, and how to finish your Basket.

You will leave with a new perspective, and a fresh eye, your own small hand made basket, a small bundle of materials, and a weaving needle to get you started on your next creative piece.

Please bring a cushion to sit on, a snack to nibble on, and plenty of drinking water.

You may also have a piece of material, a shell, a feather, or something similar that is sentimental to you that we can incorporate in your basket.
