Watercolour Brush Lettering

Brush lettering is a fun, yet practical new skill to learn. In this class, you will learn the basic strokes and letterforms, an introduction to the basic tools and materials, as well as learn how to construct letters and blend colours using a water brush. You will also learn how to create and layout simple quotes to form your own art print to be framed or gifted to friends!
In this 3 hour workshop, participants will learn how to use the water brush to create calligraphy with a modern, colourful twist and take home a custom-designed print featuring an inspirational quote in their own calligraphy. Participants will also receive the tools to practice their lettering craft at home.
