Who says that eating vegan has to be all green smoothies and tofu? (which are both delicious, mind you!)

In this introductory workshop with registered Nutritionist Stacey Grist AKA ‘The Plant Nutritionist’, you’ll learn all about the different nutrients required for optimal health on a plant-based diet.

Stacey will provide information about vegan nutrition, what nutrients are required, how to get them and interesting was to incorporate important foods into your diet. You will also learn how to create balanced, healthy meals and be given recipes to take home and try out for yourself.

There will be time at the end of the session for any questions you may have, so stick around for a chat and enjoy some tasty vegan snacks 🙂
