This 4-hour workshop will introduce you to the world of pattern making and hand-sewing. You will combine a traditional sewing technique called ‘foundation piecing’ with modern designs.
Choose one of my designs or make your own. You will have some time to sketch your little artwork, then learn how to translate it into a template so that you can make a beautiful wallhanging.
You will learn all the stitches that you’ll need to make your piece of art. Once you finish the top you can practice a few top stitching techniques. Have you ever tried a french knot? After the 4 hours you will have your own and unique wall hanging.
