Join Naomi to learn the technique of making Rugs from up-cycled fabric and remnants. Using only a safety pin and strips of fabric you will each make the beginnings of a Rag Rug. Making rag rugs is a great way to up-cycle bed linen and to make use of your fabric stash.
We will provide a selection of fabrics to work with the during the Workshop however you are encouraged to bring your own lightweight woven Cottons (including bed sheets, pillowcases..) that can be torn into long strips to make your Rag Rug.

This workshop gives you the starting point and techniques for making this style of Rag Rug, however the process of completing your own rug will take more than [2/3] hours.  This means that you will be taking your project home with you to complete.
