Join Adrian MacGeraghty, founder of BaconSmith – known for their awesome DIY bacon making kits, as he takes you through the process of bacon, what curing means and what is actually happening from a scientific perspective.  

Adrian will run you through the many different types of flavours you can add to bacon like sriracha hot sauce, bourbon and even coffee, to create the ultimate personalised pork experience! There’ll be plenty of samples of different flavours to pass around. At the end of the class, you’ll create your own flavour and best of all, you get to take home your own personalised bacon.
