Make a Rope Basket with Gemma Patford!

To celebrate to release of her new book ‘Roped In’,  Melbourne maker Gemma Patford is coming to Brisbane to show you how to create and decorate your own beautiful rope basket!! Gemma will guide you through how to sew and style your own unique rope masterpiece using paint, scrap fabric and embroidery. At the end of the workshop, you will be will be waved goodbye with a rope basket, a sweet goodie kit, plus the inspiration to continue working on your rope creations at home!

Each vessel is crafted using an electric sewing machine. Even absolute sewing beginners will be taught the skills to make their own rope vessel at home. This workshop is suitable for beginners!
