Want to get into 3D printing and 3D modelling but don’t know where to start? Ā Ever wanted to 3D scan yourself and own a mini me? Ā This class will walk you through what all the 3D printing hype is about and teach you how to make your own 3D printed life hacks for around the house or at work.
Steph will teach you two different types of 3D modelling styles, including CAD and sculpting with free software. Ā She’ll also reveal the best places to find 3D models and explore different 3D scanning techniques. Ā You’ll learn about different considerations to 3D model for 3D printing, material choices, printer capabilities and how to finish your models with smoothing techniques and painting.
What you'll get
- Each participant will receive the full colour, 3D scanned .stl and .ply file of themselves, as well as a little mini me in the mail after the class!
