Led by designer & maker, Therese Lyons of Ena & Albert, the workshop covers how to combine glitter with polymer clay to create your own, sparkly beads. You will also learn the basics of working with polymer clay, like conditioning, shaping & baking.
One of the best things about working with polymer clay is the freedom to create your own colours, shapes & textures for one of a kind beads. This workshop will cover all of these steps as well as go over best practice tips including setting up your workspace, conditioning the clay, different ways for mark making, tips on how to choose colour palletes and how to design a finished necklace.
Not only will you walk away feeling pretty pleased with yourself for being so clever, you’ll have a one of a kind, hand crafted necklace! The best part will be when you receive a compliment wearing your new jewellery, to which you can proudly say, “I made it!”
