In the age of online shopping the quality of your product photography can make or break the success of your item. I will be discussing the basic elements that make a great product photo and show you how to do it yourself without the huge expense.


What you'll get

In this course we will be discussing the importance of certain camera settings, layout, photoshop and social media. I will also demonstrate how I take photos for my products. This is a hands-on workshop so you will also be putting together your own set up with my assistance.

what to bring

Digital Camera (ie DSLR  – not a smartphone)

Tripod – doesn’t need to be fancy

4 x Very large foldback clips or bull clips

Pen & Paper for jotting down notes

Items/Products to photograph ( OR – alternatively you may photograph products in store at the Makery)
