DIY Dangles – Polymer Clay Earring Workshop

Learn tricks and hacks to make your polymer clay earrings on point!

In this 3.5 hour workshop, Polly Collective’s designer and maker, Sheree McCready, will guide you through the techniques she uses to make her signature statement studs and dangles.

You’ll get to create 2 pairs of dangles and a few pairs of studs, with access to Sheree’s extensive clay collection consisting of more than 40 different colours and types of clay, glitter and metallic foil. You will also learn about different findings, such as jump rings and earring backs, and how to apply them to your designs.

This workshop is suitable for everyone, from those who are new to polymer clay, through to more experienced makers looking to take their designs to the next level. The session will include a brief overview on the basics of conditioning and curing clay, however the focus will be on making and shaping earrings and the construction of your new gems.
